We are official distributor of Errebi, Miracle, Keyline and Xhorse in Baltic countries and we sell Mottura, Secureme, Dierre, Nxp, Texas Instrument, Smartrac, SokymaT, Automative, Philips, Maxell, Gerda, Lishi, Silca, An-san, Goso, Kurt, Iseo, Tango, Dorma, Potent, Jma, Tesio, Mul-t-lock, Keydyi, Klom, GP Batteries and Assa-Abloy products worldwide.

Terms of sale
The Buyer is asked to register at www.topkey.lt and provide full business details including business name, address, delivery address, contact information and VAT number if applicable. www.topkey.lt is trade only business and doesn’t provide services to general public.
Once Buyer has selected the goods or services to be purchased and formed the shopping cart, completes all the ordering steps, the last of which is the payment method selection and confirmation, purchase-sale agreement shall be deemed to have been entered into only after Buyer is approved as representing Locksmith industry and goods ordered can be shipped to required country or region.
The products offered at www.topkey.lt website state product specifications as well as the price of the product in EUR, excluding VAT and excluding shipping costs. The content of www.topkey.lt has been compiled with the greatest care. However, we cannot give any guarantees with regard to the nature, accuracy or content of this information. The products offered contain the most accurate and truthful description and/or image of the product.
If the cost prices or the prices for which www.topkey.lt purchases the goods and/or services of third parties undergo a change between the time the agreement is concluded and the time of delivery, www.topkey.lt has the right to change the agreed price accordingly or cancel the order, while www.topkey.lt is not liable for damage that arises and will arise directly or indirectly from this change or cancellation.
www.topkey.lt operates in B2B and B2G sectors and can provide special pricing for wholesale Customers.
The Buyer agrees that the purchase documents - VAT invoices, which are also the warranty vouchers of the goods - should be submitted to him electronically at the email address specified on the Buyer's registration form immediately after the order has been completed. VAT invoices shall specify the goods selected, their quantity, the discounts granted, the final price of the goods, including all taxes, and any other information required for the approval of the accounting legislation.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, PayPal payments and bank transfers.
Delivery terms
www.topkey.lt aims to provide a fast and reliable delivery worldwide. Our deliveries shall be made ex works Incoterms 2010. Unless otherwise agreed we shall be free to determine the mode of transport. www.topkey.lt Customer is free to arrange order collection buy it’s preferred delivery company with prior notice.
TNT courier services are used for international deliveries and Venipak delivery services are used for deliveries to Baltic countries (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia). Additional delivery services for Customers from Baltic countries can be offered upon request.
Order value below 500 Eur (exc. VAT) are subject to carriage charge per actual weight.
Order value over 500 Eur (exc. VAT) or more are delivered free of charge within EU (Retail customers only). Carriage charges are applicable for non EU destinations.
Once dispatched, orders can be tracked using TNT tracking services. We can’t provide tracking services for orders sent via Venipak.

We process personal data in the context of our services. We may have received this information from you, for example via our website, e-mail, telephone or app. With this privacy statement we inform you about how we handle this personal data.
Which personal data we process depends on the precise service and circumstances. Often it concerns

Return policy
www.topkey.lt user (The Buyer) has the right, without giving a reason, to reject the item within 14 (fourteen) days if it has not been used, damaged or has not undergone any material change, that is to say, which were necessary to inspect the item received. No returns will be accepted without prior communication. The Buyer must exercise this right responsibly and return the item in its original neat packaging as well as return all parts of the item. The cost of returning the item must be borne by the buyer. All returns must be direct to Kalantos 125A, Kaunas, Lithuania, LT-52312. Returns must not be given to a third party, our representative or agent, unless authorized to do so. Credit notes will not be issued until the goods are receipted back in our warehouse.
We can’t offer credits or exchanges, unless faulty or not as described, on the following items:
1. Service contracts which have been wholly provided to the consumer, provided that the consumer has been given express consent before the provision of the service and that he is forfeited to complete the contract;
2. Contracts for goods which are manufactured in accordance with the specific instructions of the consumer and which are produced in response to the consumer's personal choice or instruction, or which are clearly adapted to the consumer's personal needs;
3. Contracts for goods of short duration;
4. Contracts for packaged goods which have been unpacked after delivery and which are not fit for return for health or hygiene reasons;
5. Contracts for goods which, after delivery, are inherently intermixed with other goods;
6. Contracts for packaged video or audio recordings or packaged software that were unpacked after delivery;
7. Contracts for the supply of digital content where the supply of the digital content has been subject to the prior express consent of the consumer and to the exclusion of any right of withdrawal.
