TOPKEY aims to provide a fast and reliable delivery worldwide. Our deliveries shall be made ex works Incoterms 2010. Unless otherwise agreed we shall be free to determine the mode of transport. TOPKEY Customer is free to arrange order collection buy it’s preferred delivery company with prior notice.
DHL courier services are used for international deliveries and Venipak delivery services are used for deliveries to Baltic countries (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia). Additional delivery services for Customers from Baltic countries can be offered upon request.
Order value below 500 Eur (exc. VAT) are subject to carriage charge per actual weight.
Order value over 120 Eur (exc. VAT) or more are delivered free of charge to Lithuania (Trade customers only).
Order value over 150 Eur (exc. VAT) or more are delivered free of charge to Latvia and Estonia (Trade customers only).
Order value over 250 Eur (exc. VAT) or more are delivered free of charge to Finland (Trade customers only).
Free shipping not available for Malta & Cyprus.
Order value over 500 Eur (exc. VAT) or more are delivered free of charge within EU (Trade customers only). Carriage charges are applicable for non EU destinations.
**Free shipping isn't available if order weight is more than 10 kilograms.
Once dispatched, orders can be tracked using DHL tracking services. We can’t provide tracking services for orders sent via Venipak.
